Trewollas Beach Cottage is a single storey seaside holiday home which is dominated by its amazing views. It faces south west and because of its open aspect you can sit in the living room or on the patio and see the sun rise over the Lands End Peninsula and later set over the Atlantic Ocean and the Scilly Isles.
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with an electric shower. The second bedroom is a good sized twin, which has use of the main bathroom which has a bathtub, shower and separate WC.
The house is equipped for 4+1 adults plus one small child. There is a futon bed (for the +1) situated in the front lobby area by the front door. This area has no door but a curtain separates it from the rest of the living area.
All linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Visitors from abroad can arrange to hire extra beach towels from us if required…we know how hard it can be to fit everything into your suitcase for airline travel!!
The living area is open plan with steps down from the kitchen/dining area to the sitting room, taking advantage of the amazing views through large double glazed windows and a patio style door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from a dishwasher to a garlic press!
The holiday cottage is equipped to a very high standard with wireless internet access, SKY Freesat TV, plus DVD and CD players. There is a washing machine and a separate tumble drier.
Trewollas has full central heating making it ideal for a winter break.
The garden has a small patio, sun terrace and a lawned area with a barbeque and rotary washing line. A garden shed houses spare garden furniture and beach equipment. The house is accessed by steps (which are quite steep and may not be suitable for the elderly or less able bodied) down from the driveway where there is plenty of room for 2 cars.
"The perfect place to watch the power of nature. We loved every minute of it..... inside we were cosy and snug. What a treat! Thank you so much for such a well equipped and loved cottage." Sue Sharpe Jan 09
"I just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU for a marvellous week at your wonderful “hidey hole” at Sennen. It could not have been better for us – the sun shone, the lifeboat launched (on exercise), the fishermen fished, and we walked all over the place. We had a fabulous meal at The Beach, and a very good one at the Old Success. At the end of our time we did not want to leave – it felt like ‘going back to school’ to leave the place. Quite excellent.
