Trewollas is a single storey holiday cottage which is dominated by its amazing views. It faces south west and because of its open aspect you can sit in the living room or on the patio and see the sun rise over the Lands End Peninsula and later set over the Atlantic Ocean and the Scilly isles.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom with an electric shower. The second bedroom is a good sized twin, which has use of the main bathroom and separate WC. There is a small double fold out sofa bed situated in the front lobby area by the front door. This area has no door but a curtain separates it from the rest of the living area. The house is equipped for 5 adults plus one small child.

The living area is open plan with steps down from the kitchen/dining area to the sitting room taking advantage of the amazing views through large double glazed windows and a patio style door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from a dishwasher to a garlic press!.

The holiday cottage is equipped to a very high standard with wireless internet access, SKY satellite TV and a DVD and CD player. There is a washing machine and a separate tumble drier. Trewollas has full central heating making it ideal for a winter break.

The garden is small but there is a patio, sun terrace and lawned area with a barbeque. A garden shed houses spare garden furniture and beach equipment. From the terrace a back gate leads down a private footpath through the dunes to the coastal path and the beach.

The house is accessed by steps (which are quite steep and may not be suitable for the elderly or less able bodied) down from the driveway where there is plenty of room for 2 cars.
