The security deposit will be returned on satisfactory inspection of the property at the completion of the rental.

N.B 25% deposit required on booking is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause, which may enable you to reclaim non-refundable monies

On completion of the above booking form you will be e-mailed an invoice so that you can pay the deposit by credit/debit card.
The balance and security deposit should be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday by BACS/CHAPS bank transfer, details of which will appear on the invoice
