Trewollas Beach Cottage offers dog friendly self-catering accommodation in a beautiful part of Cornwall.
Dogs love Trewollas! Miles of coastal paths, huge sandy beaches, many dog-friendly restaurants and cafes together make it a great place to bring your dog.
Few dog friendly holiday cottages can match the stunning views, great walks and dog friendly beaches that are on Trewollas’s doorstep. From the cottage’s garden there is a private footpath which, in a short spectacular walk of only 2 to 3 minutes from Trewollas, takes you down to the South West Coastal Path and onto Whitesand Bay.
On Gwenver beach (the northern half of Whitesand Bay), dogs are allowed all year round. The southern half, Sennen Beach, is dog-friendly except from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the main season (Cornwall Council’s dog ban is in place from Easter Sunday to 1st. October). Details about other dog-friendly beaches may be found at Visit Cornwall.
Dogs are also allowed at many of Cornwall’s attractions including Trewidden Gardens, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project (although not in the Biodomes).
One or two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Trewollas for a small extra charge of £20 per dog. Please do not let your dog get on the furniture or into the bedrooms and remember to clean up after your dog at all times.
